Seth Taylor is a licensed real estate agent and downtown developer currently working in the fast-growing Tampa Bay region. A graduate of Pratt Institute’s School of Architecture, Seth has tackled some of the most challenging and complex neighborhood revitalization and real estate initiatives in the country.
From 2006 to 2016, Seth worked with real estate owners and city government officials to improve neighborhoods in Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan, NYC.
In 2016, Seth was recruited to the City of Clearwater, Florida, where he served as director of the Community Redevelopment Agency. In a period of 15 months, he successfully rebranded the downtown area as an emerging destination to live, work, build, and invest.
In 2018, Seth expanded his portfolio to include residential and commercial real estate sales and leasing, serving as a trusted agent for buyers and sellers in Tampa Bay.
A resident of Safety Harbor, Florida, Seth maintains a healthy work-life balance through boating, running, golf, landscaping and fixing up a 1927 bungalow. Seth is a proud father to his beautiful--and busy--daughter Lila Joy.
